Last updated: May 5, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of Brydg, including brydg.app, the Brydg web application, public application and scheduling pages, APIs, and related services. By accessing or using Brydg, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and, if applicable, the organization you represent.
If you use Brydg on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. Description of Service
Brydg is an AI-native hiring platform that helps organizations manage job roles, applications, resume review, interview scheduling, AI-assisted interviews, candidate evaluations, hiring analytics, and offer workflows.
Brydg may integrate with third-party services, including Google Calendar, to create, update, and manage interview events when an authorized user connects those services.
3. Accounts and Workspaces
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activity under their accounts. Workspace administrators are responsible for managing team access, permissions, integrations, candidate data, and hiring workflows within their organization.
You must provide accurate information and promptly update it if it changes. You may not impersonate another person or organization or access Brydg without authorization.
4. Customer Data and Candidate Data
As between Brydg and the customer, the customer retains ownership of hiring data submitted to Brydg, including roles, applications, resumes, interview records, candidate notes, and offer information. Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the rights, notices, and consents required to process candidate data through Brydg.
Brydg processes customer and candidate data to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Google Calendar Integration
If you connect Google Calendar, you authorize Brydg to access the limited Google Calendar permissions shown in the consent screen for the purpose of scheduling and managing interview events. You may disconnect Google Calendar from within Brydg or revoke Brydg's access from your Google Account settings.
You are responsible for ensuring that calendar events, attendees, candidate information, and meeting details entered through Brydg are accurate and appropriate for your hiring process.
6. AI-Assisted Features
Brydg includes AI-assisted features such as resume parsing, role-fit analysis, interview assistance, transcript review, and evaluation summaries. AI outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or biased and should not be the sole basis for employment decisions.
Customers remain responsible for reviewing AI outputs, applying human judgment, complying with employment laws, and making final hiring decisions.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Brydg to:
- Violate employment, privacy, anti-discrimination, intellectual property, or other applicable laws.
- Upload unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or infringing content.
- Make employment decisions without appropriate human review where required by law or sound hiring practice.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to Brydg, other accounts, integrations, systems, or data.
- Interfere with, disrupt, reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or compromise Brydg or related infrastructure.
- Use Brydg to build a competing product or benchmark Brydg without written permission.
8. Third-Party Services
Brydg may rely on third-party services for hosting, storage, email, analytics, AI processing, authentication, calendar integrations, and other product functions. Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and policies.
Brydg is not responsible for third-party services outside our control, but we design integrations to use only the access needed for the product features you enable.
9. Fees and Subscriptions
Paid plans, trials, usage limits, billing terms, and renewal terms may be presented in an order form, subscription checkout, or separate agreement. If there is a conflict between these Terms and a signed agreement with Brydg, the signed agreement controls for that customer.
10. Intellectual Property
Brydg and its licensors own all rights, title, and interest in the service, software, designs, technology, documentation, trademarks, and related intellectual property. These Terms do not transfer ownership of Brydg intellectual property to you.
You grant Brydg the rights needed to host, process, transmit, display, and use customer data solely to provide, secure, support, and improve Brydg as described in these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
11. Privacy and Data Deletion
Your use of Brydg is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Data deletion instructions are available on our Data Deletion page.
12. Disclaimers
Brydg is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that Brydg will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that AI-generated outputs will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular hiring decision.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brydg and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, loss of data, or business interruption.
Brydg's total liability for claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service will not exceed the amounts paid to Brydg for the service giving rise to the claim during the twelve months before the event giving rise to liability, or one hundred US dollars if no amounts were paid.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. If we make material changes, we will provide notice through the website, application, email, or another appropriate channel.
